PRODUCT ORDER RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We are confident that the DVD you receive is consistent with information we advertised and therefore, we offer no refunds on this product. If, however, you either never received your package, or it was damaged in any way, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you return an unopened package to us in the mail, we will refund the product purchase price, but not the shipping charge.
We do not issue refunds for any opened packages.
It's rare, but if the product arrives broken, we will send a free replacement. To get a free replacement, simply take a digital photo of your broken product and email it to email@example.com along with your name and product description. If you can't do that, you will need to send the broken product back to us in the mail.
We do NOT offer refunds for broken packages, since we offer free replacement.
If ordering a DVD, make sure your DVD player can read DVD-R discs (most do). We do not issue refunds if your DVD player can not play DVD-R discs.
