Neutral Grip Position Discussion From My E-course

Posted on February 26 2013 in Gym Instruction

I have posted this blog to allow for an open discussion about the neutral grip position.  Please feel free to give your 2 cents!

"In Exercise, What You Don't Know CAN Hurt You!"

If you haven't signed up for your FREE E-course, go now and sign up in the left hand side of this site.  If you have taken my E-course then you know, on Day 4, I offered to open a discussion about choosing the Right Grip Position, and here it is.

I suggest that, with the exception of a few particular exercises, the neutral grip position not only prevents excessive wear and tear on your shoulder, but helps keep your shoulder blades and shoulder complex in a much safer position.

This grip choice compliments your body's anatomy and biomechanics and is supported with all kinds of research.  (review the video in Day 4 of thee-course)

On the other hand, your opinions and questions related to this are important to me.  I want to make sure you completely understand this idea.  Thats why I created this post, to give you an opportunity to weigh in on the topic.

Feel free to share your thoughts on this idea in the comments section below this post!
